Payment, Refund, and Privacy Policies

All requests for cancellations or rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email to Info@fagt.ca. We do not accept requests via phone call or WhatsApp.

1. Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility is based on how much notice you provide prior to the day of your scheduled training. Please note that all refunds take up to 10 business days to process and reflect on your account.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you experience an emergency, you may reschedule your course under the following conditions:

  • Notice required: You must notify us at least 24 hours before the course begins. Same-day rescheduling (on the morning of the training) will not be accepted for any reason.

  • Fees: A non-refundable $20 administration fee applies to all rescheduled courses.

  • Limits: You may only reschedule a course once.

  • Refunds: Once a course has been rescheduled, it cannot be canceled for a refund later.

  • Expiration: Bookings cannot be placed on hold for more than 6 months from the original booking date.

3. Course Cancellations by Aspire

In rare circumstances, Aspire First Aid Guide Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or severe winter storms.

  • Notice: We will attempt to notify you 24 to 48 hours before the course begins (or at least 24 hours in the event of a winter storm).

  • Your Options: If we must cancel your course, you may choose to transfer your registration to another date at no charge, or you will be issued a full refund.

Our Commitment To Privacy​

We take customer privacy seriously and do not sell or give out any customer information. Your privacy is essential to us. The trust placed in us by our customers is essential to our success. We understand that and do all we can to earn and protect that trust. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies. We do share your personal information with the Canadian Red Cross as required by our contractual agreements with these non-profit organizations.

  • Approximately up to 7 business days after your course, you will receive an email from the Canadian Red Cross inviting you to create a profile on the My Red Cross website.  Your online certificate will be available to view, download, and print AFTER you create your profile and login. Please contact us via email at info@fagt.ca if you have any difficulty retrieving your certification. All requests will be accepted via email only.
  • Aspire First Aid Guide Training is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of our learners in any course. For most people, the physical activity involved in any course should not threaten your health. There are a small number of people who may find the physical activities in this course strenuous. If you have any of the health conditions listed below, we recommend that you do not participate in the skills practice and demonstration involving physical activity until you have checked with your personal physician.
  •  you have to deal with everyone in class with respect.
  • Please wear convenient clothes and socks, for the skills.
  • I will come  10 minutes before the class .
  •  all participants are required to use a personal CPR mask during class. You may bring your own CPR mask, or you may purchase a new one at the beginning of the session for $5 (tax included). We accept cash, credit, and debit card payments for your convenience.(For hygiene and safety purposes)
  • you must have a Smartphone,for example Phone iPad, laptop, etc. (for the test purpose and the e-book to be downloaded during the class)
  • Have a  Gmail account for the test purpose and if you have one just ignore this.
  • Please note that all certificates will take up 7 business days, if you need proof of attending the training you need to ask the instructor
  • Blended course mandatory online training you understand that you have to complete the online training prior to the in class training and if I don’t receive an access for the online training, I will notify the training provider
