If you are a certified Red Cross instructor, we would love to hear from you. Aspire First Aid Guide Training is growing across Ontario, so we are looking for qualified Canadian Red Cross instructors with a valid instructor certificate to join our team.
Aspire First Aid Guide Training is an accredited Red Cross Training Partner. We deliver First Aid & CPR, BLS and First Responder courses. Because our training locations keep expanding across Ontario, we are always looking for skilled instructors to join us.
However, we only accept applications from people who already hold a valid Canadian Red Cross Instructor certificate. According to the Canadian Red Cross, certified instructors teach through approved Training Partners like Aspire. So, if you are looking for a rewarding place to teach, Aspire is the right fit for you.
We are currently hiring in the course categories below. Please note, however, that you must already hold the relevant Red Cross instructor certification for each course you wish to teach.
Deliver Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, CPR/AED and Recertification courses at our Ontario locations.
Teach Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS HCP) to healthcare professionals and students.
Deliver standalone CPR Level A, C and AED courses at all three Ontario locations.
Deliver the 40-hour First Responder and Emergency Medical Responder programs at our Mississauga campus.
Teach Transport Canada-approved Marine Basic and Advanced First Aid across our Ontario locations.
Deliver the Red Cross Babysitting Course for youth in Mississauga and Hamilton.
When you teach with Aspire, you become part of a trusted Red Cross partner that has trained over 25,000 Ontarians since 2016. In other words, you can put your existing instructor credentials to work right away.
We respect the work you've already put into earning your Canadian Red Cross Instructor certificate. As a result, there is no re-training required.
Teach when it suits you. For example, we run weekday, evening and weekend courses, so it's easy to fit teaching around your lifestyle.
Earn competitive compensation per course delivered. Moreover, your income grows as you take on more courses and advance your instructor level.
Choose Mississauga, Hamilton or St. Catharines. Alternatively, you can teach at multiple sites.
Join a tight-knit team of experienced trainers. In addition, you get regular instructor meetups, shared resources and mentorship from senior instructors.
Teach under one of the world's most recognised first aid brands. Consequently, your instructor status opens doors across healthcare, corporate and education sectors.
Joining the Aspire team is simple. First, apply online; then, we'll review your certificate; finally, you start teaching.
Fill out the application form below with your Red Cross instructor certificate details and the courses you're certified to teach.
Next, our team reviews your certificate and application. After that, we'll reach out to schedule a brief chat about availability and fit.
Once approved, you'll be scheduled at one of our Ontario locations to deliver life-saving courses. Welcome to the team!
Because our workplace courses are WSIB-approved, you will also help Ontario employers meet the WSIB First Aid Program requirements. Not yet certified? In that case, the Canadian Red Cross instructor page explains how to become one.
