Yes. All our blended courses are Canadian Red Cross certified and, in addition, fully approved under Ontario's WSIB and O.Reg 1101 First Aid Regulation. As a result, certificates are accepted by employers across Ontario as valid workplace first aid certification.
The online theory is self-paced, so timing depends on the course level. For example, Emergency First Aid theory takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, while Standard First Aid theory takes approximately 6 to 8 hours. Yes. A temporary Red Cross certificate is issued to you the same day you complete your in-class skills session. After that, your official digital certificate is emailed within 2 to 4 business days and is valid for 3 years.
