CPR Level A covers adults only, whereas CPR Level C — our most popular CPR certificate Mississauga option — covers adults, children, and infants. In addition, Level C includes AED training and is required by most Ontario workplaces, schools, and healthcare programs. If you're unsure which to take, therefore, Level C is the right choice for broader confidence and compliance.

The blended format combines self-paced online theory — typically completed at home in a few hours — with one focused in-person skills day at our Mississauga location. Your Canadian Red Cross CPR / AED certificate is valid for three years, while BLS/HCP certificates are valid for one year. After expiry, however, you'll need the full course rather than a recertification, because you must hold a valid, non-expired Red Cross certificate to recertify.
