Yes. AFAGT is an authorized Canadian Red Cross training provider. The Marine First Aid course satisfies WSIB workplace compliance requirements in Ontario and is recognized by Transport Canada for commercial vessel operators.
The course includes CPR Level C with AED. CPR-C covers adults, children, and infants, making it the most comprehensive level of basic CPR training recognized in Canada.
Your Canadian Red Cross Marine First Aid & CPR/AED certification is valid for three years. After that, you can take a recertification course to renew your credentials.
