First Aid & CPR/AED Courses
Choose from blended (online + in-class) or fully in-class formats. All courses are Canadian Red Cross certified and WSIB approved.
Complete online theory at your own pace, then one in-class skills day. Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, CPR-C, and Recertification.
Fully in-class, instructor-led first aid training. Standard and Emergency First Aid options for workplace and personal certification.
Renew your valid Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification. Must hold a non-expired certificate. 7–8 hrs in-class.
Basic Life Support & CPR Courses
Designed for healthcare providers and professionals who need BLS or standalone CPR certification.
4-hour Basic Life Support course for healthcare providers. High-quality CPR, AED, and team resuscitation. Red Cross certified.
BLS delivered at our Hamilton location. Full training ($60) and renewal ($55) available. 1-year Red Cross certification.
Standalone CPR and AED certification. 3 hrs online + 3 hrs in-class. Ideal if you only need CPR-C without the full first aid component.
Specialty & Professional Courses
Advanced training for marine environments, healthcare professionals, and professional responders.
Transport Canada approved. 7 hrs online + 7 hrs in-class. Includes CPR-C. Required for vessel operators and marine workers.
Fully in-class 14-hour marine first aid training. Transport Canada and Red Cross approved. Certificate valid 3 years.
