How long does the blended course take?

It depends on the course:

  • Standard First Aid: 7 hrs online + 8 hrs in-class
  • Emergency First Aid: 4 hrs online + 4 hrs in-class
  • CPR-C AED: 3 hrs online + 3 hrs in-class
  • Recertification: 7–8 hrs in-class only

You complete the online portion at your own pace before your scheduled in-class day.

Is this WSIB & Red Cross approved?

Yes — all courses are Canadian Red Cross certified and WSIB / Ontario First Aid Regulation (O.Reg 1101) approved, meeting Ontario workplace compliance requirements.

Which CPR level is included?

CPR-C with AED is included in all First Aid courses. A stand-alone CPR-C AED course is also available for those who only need CPR certification.
